Exchange Operations Analyst

As an Exchange Operations Analyst at BRI you’ll work cross-functionally across our online trading sector for stocks, currencies, and cryptocurrencies teams to scale our operations and finance processes. You’ll be at the frontline working with our most important clients and our internal execution teams to ensure timely settlement of transactions and reporting. We’re growing incredibly quickly and are looking for someone who can step up and help build out our online trading for stocks, currencies, and cryptocurrencies finance & operations.

Core focus:

  • Define online trading sector for stocks, currencies, and cryptocurrencies. You’ll help define processes, systems, and metrics of online trading for stocks, currencies, and cryptocurrencies operations with your exceptional communication skills and problem solving skills.
  • Support the daily financial operations. You’ll support daily banking operations such as bank transfers, wire transfers and ACH processing. You’ll monitor cryptocurrency and fiat balances on execution venues and rebalance as necessary.
  • Maintain data and financial integrity. Millions of dollars move through BRI everyday, it will be your job to ensure all funds and transactions are accounted for. You’ll perform periodic reconciliations of internal accounting systems and external venue balances. You’ll work closely with our CEO and external accountants to generate monthly reports.

Mobile advertising manager

BRI is seeking an experienced Mobile advertising manager to spin-off the company’s mobile advertising and app development sector.

To join us you must have Mobile App marketing experience and PPC and B2C paid advertising. Google Analytics is also key, as is a Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business Studies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate us the ability to create and execute effective acquisition strategies, launch new marketing programs, build relationships with networks and publishers, and optimise activities for return on investment and cost efficiency.

You will play an instrumental role as we seek to acquire new customers and increase bookings via our BRI online platform.

Core focus and responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of online paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of an online platform.
  • Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and owned channels) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimising campaigns, analysing traffic data and solving problems).
  • Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.
  • Build, develop and manage relationship with suppliers, agencies and multiple top online ad networks (e.g. Google).
  • Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results (paid and owned).
  • Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyse, and present data.
  • Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.

Operations Manager

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be as to:

  • Act as a project manager for several scrum teams
  • Take responsibility for making key and fast decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives together with determination of team focus both short/long terms.

  • Influence on the final product look by the proper discussions of future functionality together with product team, making sure that right answers are asked ahead.
